Meet Vickie Sandven

I grew up on a dairy farm between Hutchinson & Stewart, Minnesota. I am the youngest of three children. I graduated from Hutchinson in 1975 and went to cosmetology school.

Animals have always been a big part growing up. We had lots of cats, dogs, chickens, geese, ducks or turkeys.

I’ve always been especially fond of cats and five of my own.

I joined the animal shelter to help the animals that have no voice. They all deserve the best we can provide and I am happy to be a part of that.
