I’m 16 years old, and I’ll be turning 17 at the end of the summer. My family has cats, horses, and dogs, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I’ve been visiting the animal shelter since I was a kid, and now I’m lucky enough to work here as a Dog Attendant. My job involves making sure the dogs are safely let outside and that their basic needs are met. I love getting to play with the dogs and watching them enjoy their time running around. When I’m not at the shelter, I enjoy spending time outside, especially at the lake with my friends and family.
